About Michael Oon
Supporting executives and managers to unleash their leadership potential, whilst retaining authenticity, is what drives me as a coach. Throughout their development process, I encourage them to stay curious, increase their own resourcefulness and take some risk with experimentation without compromising 'who' they really are.

I draw on more than 20 years of senior management experience across a diverse range of industries in food manufacturing, dairy, specialty chemicals and pharmaceutical packaging in Southeast Asia, New Zealand and Australia. I led and managed across a broad range of functional areas including product development, sales, marketing and general management. As such, I can empathise with my clients while supporting them as their sounding board; challenging, cheering them on and keeping them accountable.

I have coached directors, managers and team leaders in the aged care, community care, energy investments, medical devices, indigenous youth development, IT, real estate, insurance, legal and schools sectors.
